The website only gives the "Date" of the orbit element, I want to know the exact time of the orbit element. Is the time "00:00:00" or "12:00:00"? Is it UTCG time? thanks very much! If time is not specified, it means that exact time of orbital elements is 00:00:00 UTC (GMT). In order to obtain orbital elements at specific time, you can use Calculation page.

По крайней мере в ближайшие 200 лет из уже открытых астероидов ни один падать не собирается. :) А наиболее крупные, я так полагаю, уже открыты.
